About our school
Founded by a group of teachers in a two-room building, Maruthi International School is growing a caring campus for children from pre-primary to grade 8 — with the same belief that good teaching is personal.

Every expansion we have made started with a teacher asking for something students needed — a library, a lab, a counsellor, a ground.

Secondary affiliation granted; the current campus opens with 12 classrooms and a library.

Expanded classrooms and labs to support learning up to grade 8.

2023 — Innovation block
Robotics studio, maker space and a 400-seat auditorium added for the school’s 25th year.

Transport & safety
Getting to school, safely
Eighteen GPS-tracked buses cover 24 routes across Kolar and nearby areas. Every bus has a female attendant, a first-aid kit and a speed governor set to 40 km/h.
- Live bus tracking shared with parents through the school app.
- CCTV across corridors, gates, labs and playgrounds.
- Trained nurse on campus from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Internal committee for child protection, as mandated by POCSO.
