The process

Five steps from enquiry to enrolment

The whole process usually takes two to three weeks. Nothing is decided on a single test — we look at the interaction, the previous report card and the fit for the child.

  • Submit an enquiry

    Fill the enquiry form or call the front office. We will share the prospectus and confirm seat availability for the grade you need.

  • Campus tour

    Visit on a working day or a Saturday tour slot. You will meet the grade coordinator and see the classrooms in use.

  • Application & documents

    Complete the application form and submit the document set below.

  • Interaction

    A friendly readiness interaction for pre-primary and primary; a written assessment in English, Maths and Science for grades 6 and above.

  • Offer & fee payment

    Offers are issued within five working days. The seat is confirmed once the first term fee is paid.

  • Pre-KG2 years 10 months – 3 years 6 months
  • LKG3 years 10 months – 4 years 6 months
  • UKG4 years 10 months – 5 years 6 months
  • Grade 15 years 10 months – 6 years 6 months
  • Grades 2 – 8Age-appropriate, with a valid transfer certificate
Documents required

Please carry originals and one copy

  • Birth certificate issued by the municipal authority
  • Aadhaar card of the student and both parents
  • Report cards for the last two academic years (grade 2 and above)
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school
  • Four passport-size photographs and immunisation record
  • Caste or income certificate, only if applying under RTE or scholarship

Questions parents ask us most

When do applications open and close?

Admissions for 2026–27 are coming soon. You can already send an enquiry — we will contact you when applications go live.

Is there an entrance test for young children?

No. For Pre-KG through Grade 1 we hold a short, play-based interaction with the child and a conversation with parents. There is no pass or fail, and children are never made to sit a written paper at this stage.

What is the syllabus for the grade 6 to 8 assessment?

The written assessment covers the previous grade’s CBSE syllabus in English, Mathematics and Science. It runs for 90 minutes, and we share a sample paper with every registered applicant.

Do you provide school transport to all areas?

We run 24 routes across Kolar and nearby areas. Share your locality on the enquiry form and the transport in-charge will confirm whether an existing route covers your pickup point.

Can my child join the school mid-year?

Yes, subject to a vacancy in the section and a valid transfer certificate. Families relocating to Kolar on transfer are given preference for mid-year seats.
